|Recommended: YesMy husband and I LOVE living at the Maven. The location is the best We can walk to nearly everything in Downtown Louisville. The staff is so kind and maintenance is very prompt in fixing any issues that pop up. The high ceilings and big windows are just one of our favorite things about living here.

|Recommended: NoWhere do I start Parking is a literal nightmare, parking lot is across the street is not big enough for the amount or resident good luck finding street parking after a certain time Trash dumpster ALSO ACROSS THE STREET There was high speed internet listed once as an amenity, now it's gone -without notice to us in school or working from home, but we still pay the same amount
Hello neighbor, We are so sorry that your have had a bad experiance parking while coming home. With many neighbors working from home, and schedules are all over. Makes a challenge Im sure at times.
We are looking into a valet trash service, to possibly assist with the City trash ordanance rules of the trash can location.
I am also awaiting the internet providers to come to a nagotiated plan / rate to allow all to be able to utilize the faster speed wifi. In the mean time, I have been told to let everyone seek their own provider if your are unable to get enough signal to handle your internet needs. In the past Maven has just allowed the services to continue at no charge to out residents. But now the provider is wanting to increase rates, which will return raise for all.
